I prefer a good story over a gallery of screenshots (plus, I love writing). Case studies are about more than just 'shiny' artifacts—they are the story of how a product came to life. Below are several favorite projects that highlight my process and problem-solving approach.

A major digital transformation for DTN, reimagining a legacy satellite-based platform for a mobile-first world. This project involved deep user research, rapid prototyping of 6 core iterations, and the delivery of a high-contrast design system that successfully transitioned over half a million users to a digital-first command center.
As Principal Designer, I reimagined the delivery workflow for millions of global drivers. Key innovations included a logic-driven UI for complex urban stop-grouping and a secure peer-to-peer route handoff system. The redesign resulted in a 16% drop in delivery errors and a sustained 4.7-star App Store rating.
Led the zero-to-one design of a first-of-its-kind projected interaction model for children. By solving the 'Joint Attention' problem through a dual-plane interface (vertical screen + projected workspace), I helped create a sense of distributed co-presence.
Alongside a close friend and my favorite Back-End Developer, I volunteered my time to design and build a secure data portal for this national exploitation prevention curriculum. From service mapping in New Haven to coding a custom OCR-verification UI, we built a robust reporting engine that proved the curriculum's impact for grant funding. It remains one of my most rewarding (and longest-running) projects.
